Growing up gluten-free, my family constantly experimented with cooking and baking. With little on the grocery shelves in the way of gluten-free options when we were diagnosed with Celiac, I was eager to cook whatever I could, try whatever new foods were available that I wasn’t allergic to. Over the years, I began to love cooking, so this will be the start of a new blog feature where I discuss what I’ve been cooking and post some of my favourite recipes.
